Once your resume has been reviewed, you may be contacted by PHARMORE‘s recruiter. The person will be your first point of contact at the firm and will be speaking to you about the content of your application.
The Interview Process
Based on the conversation with the recruiter, PHARMORE may schedule a time for you to meet with the hiring manager (and potential team members in the department) for the position that you applied for.
The Offer Stage
Upon completing the interview process, PHARMORE will obtain feedback and determine whether to extend an offer to you. You will receive a formal offer letter with the specific details of the job position and the compensation package.
Once the offer has been accepted, a member of the PHARMORE onboarding team will walk you through the onboarding process. This includes a drug screening and a background check. The onboarding team will address any additional questions that you may have.
